Reynolds Wolf serves as co-host of "AMHQ Weekend" that airs Saturday and Sunday 5-9 a.m. ET The Weather Channel. Previously, Wolf worked as a studio meteorologist and field correspondent at CNN. During this time, he covered wildfires, floods, tornadoes, heatwaves, winter storms, and earthquakes providing live reports from many hurricanes and tropical storms along the Gulf Coast, eastern seaboard, The Bahamas and Hawaii. Wolf spent much of the Spring and Summer of 2010 reporting on the oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico, and was the first at CNN to fly with the U.S. Coast Guard over the former site of the Deepwater Horizon. Before joining CNN, Wolf worked in many local television stations across the United States, with stops in St. Louis, Mo.; Orlando, Fla.; Detroit, Mich.; Austin, Texas; San Luis Obispo, Calif.; and Anniston, Ala. A native of Jemison, Ala., Wolf is a graduate of Jacksonville State University and has a Certificate of Broadcast Meteorology from Mississippi State University. He holds the American Meteorological Society Seal of Approval.
