Allen Media Group and NBCUniversal Expand Their Partnership by Adding more Lifestyle, Local News, and Telemundo Channels to Local Now
The Allen Media Group digital platform Local Now – America’s leading free-streaming service for hyper-local news, weather, sports, traffic, and entertainment – today announced the expansion of its partnership with NBCUniversal. Through this broadened partnership, Local Now adds 11 NBC local news free ad-supported television (FAST) channels, as well as six regional and national Telemundo FAST channels, and two NBC entertainment FAST channels – American Crimes and NBC LX Home.

Local Now viewers can stream national Spanish-language news and entertainment curated by Telemundo on the Telemundo al Día FAST channel. Local Now adds four regional Telemundo news FAST channels from Telemundo owned stations covering California, Florida, Texas and the Northeast. Additional national news from Telemundo Noticias Ahora will be available in the coming months.
Adding to its 500-plus channels, Local Now is also streaming the NBCUniversal American Crimes FAST channel – featuring award-winning series AMERICAN GREED and LOCKUP – and NBC LX Home, a new lifestyle entertainment network.
